In the early years of using Plusbac Feed, fermented herbs I was very encouraged with what I was seeing through use on many cases, in particular with use as an after treatment to Gastrogard. With all the evidence from use of scoping so many cases I am confident this product helps in such areas and recommend it to other clients and vets. I felt from the outset the product could be interesting to use against dry and paste products designed to help the gut as the microbes are able to establish in the gut more efficiently. From all the products I have used this has to be one of the best products of its kind on the market today and is great value

I am always willing to try a product new to market if it sounds credible – in the case of Plusbac Feed it was a simple choice, I had a horse in a poor state which struggled to eat and had loose droppings i had tried many things and to be honest had run out of options. We added the microbes to the horses feed and weighed the horse daily. Incredibly after only 5 days the horse was passing normal firm droppings and had gained substantial weight. This literally was a life changer for the horse. We have been using Plusbac feed within our equine reproduction area of business to great effect and also with our ambulatory business within all sorts of areas. For sure the microbes help maintain a healthy gut, and some how work magic within all sorts of other areas. Best of all there have never been any negatives.

We use Plusbac microbes as we feel they help our horses hold condition and their general wellbeing for racing. Our horses are kept busy and interested throughout the season and they always give us their all. We are always striving to keep them in great health and here we find something which works similar to a probiotic and after many years of use we can say it really helps them keep themselves together for a more protracted length of time.

We love the idea of using microbes for anything to do with gut health and we know herbs also have their benefits (after all horses live off eating grasses and herbs) as long as the product is safe and has the required FEI compliancy and is tested for prohibited substances. We have a lot of clients who use Plusbac feed on their horses and we recommended it for problems with the gut or general wellbeing and condition. We like to keep it as part of the armoury of our ambulatory vets, it’s great we have it in stock at all times, when possible.
